Существует несколько способов для создания своего QR-кода, но я советую простой и бесплатный инструмент для QR-кодов, с которым справится и бабушка — Сwaqrgen.

Для создания QR-кода нужно всего лишь выполнить 2 действия:

1. Введите название монеты в строке поиска и выберите ту, для которой вы хотите сгенерировать код. Например, вводим Ethereum и кликаем на него. После этого страница обновится и рядом с полем, куда нужно ввести адрес кошелька появится слово Ethereum:

Радуемся своему QR-коду. Он имеет красивую внешнюю границу и отображает логотип соответствующей криптовалюты в центре поля, чтобы плательщикам было легче его идентифицировать и избежать ошибок. Ваш публичный адрес также будет вписан в QR-код. Созданный код можно загрузить в виде файла PNG и сохранить или распечатать. Рекомендую проверить соответствует ли ваш кошелек крипты адресу QR-сканера после загрузки изображения.

What is a cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrencies are virtual or digital currencies designed to work as a decentralized medium of exchange. Crypto is shot for cryptography and is how it secures and verifies transactions.

The amazing math behind crypto is also how it controls the creation of new crypto tokens or coins like Bitcoin for example.

Bitcoins are like digital gold in many ways and just like gold it requires work to «extract» and cannot be created. It must be «mined» via mathematical means.

Bitcoin is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen.

What is a QR code?

QR codes (quick response codes) are made up of squares that are arranged inside a square grid usually on a white background for better contrast when scanning. These codes can be read by devices such as a camera. The data read in these patterns are present horizontal and vertically.

These matrix type barcodes were created in Japan back in 1994 for the Japanese automotive industry. QR codes are simply machine-readable labels via optical scanning which contains information about just about anything you want.

Most QR codes today contain information about a website URL (uniform resource locator), URI (uniform resource identifier), address, email, etc. There are four types of standardized encodings used when generating QR codes (alphanumeric, byte or binary, numeric and kanji).

How does the Bitcoin QR code generator work?

1. First select the type of cryptocurrency you would like a QR code for (e.g. Bitcoin).
2. Enter your public wallet address into the field marked «Wallet address».
3. Press the generate your QR code button.
4. Your QR code is now ready for scanning or download.

Now just replace the example Bitcoin address with your own or change the crypto style to represent the type of cryptocurrency you need to generate a QR code for.

300 pixels by 300 pixels is the default base QR code size but in the above example you can adjust the image size smaller if needed while still maintaining the image resolution. Just be sure to make both the height and width the same dimensions.

Фейковые генераторы QR-кода биткоин-адресов и ускорители транзакций

Исследователь по кибербезопасности Гарри Денли сообщил в Твиттере, что наткнулся на два домена, в которых размещаются 9 фейковых приложений QR-кода.

Позже он также рассказал о 7 других доменах с одним и тем же интерфейсом, что может говорить об одних и тех же злонамеренных разработчиках.

Вредоносные программы на таких сайтах преобразуют биткоин-адрес, на который направляются средства, в якобы безопасный QR-код, позволяющий исключить ошибки при вводе – то, что предлагают популярные браузеры блокчейнов и мобильные криптокошельки.

Однако в данном случае QR-код, сгенерированный программами мошенников, отправляет биткоины пользователей тем же злоумышленникам. Мнимые QR-генераторы используют пять различных кошельков, и злоумышленники таким образом уже незаконно присвоили более 7 BTC.

«Ускорители биткоин транзакций» собрали 17,6 биткоинов

Вышеназванные веб-сайты размещены на трёх разных серверах, в которых в совокупности есть около 450 других подозрительных веб-сайтов с ключевыми словами, связанными с коронавирусом, Gmail и различными криптовалютами.

На этих серверах также расположены несколько сомнительных «ускорителей биткоин-транзакций», «взимающих комиссию» в 0,001 BTC. Однако, видимо, такие сервисы могут также и украсть ваши биткоины, а не только получить комиссии за транзакции.

Мошенники пользуются пандемией коронавируса

Следует отметить, что в связи с распространением коронавируса мошенники во всём мире значительно активизировались. Есть случаи, когда они «собирают пожертвования» в криптовалюте от имени ВОЗ для борьбы с COVID-19, а также предлагают приложения, «помогающие» отслеживать географию распространения болезни, но фактически распространяют вымогательское ПО.
