Напомню о моей коже: комбинированная со склонностью к жирности, проблемная, чувствительная, с расширенными порами и обезвоженностью. Первые признаки кожи 30+: склонность к пигментации, тусклость, потеря тонуса, истончение, намечаются первые морщины.

Основной упор в уходе я сделала на ретинол, который помог с текстурой и плотностью кожи, а также витамин С — антиоксидант и осветляющее средство, которое должно было вернуть коже жизнь.

Через 2 месяца после начала ретинола я решила добавить в уходовый режим продукты The Ordinary. Средства марки — частые гости на Косметисте, и многие авторы уже поделились своими мнениями. Мне вроде даже и добавить нечего, но кратенько пройдусь.

Пипетка тоже стеклянная, набалдашник — белый пластик. Всё добротно собрано, ничего не отваливается и в поездках не протекает. Я спокойно кидала эти бутылочки в чемодан, и с ними ничего не происходило.

Внутри — 10% ниацинамида и 1% цинковой соли пирролидон-карбоновой кислоты

Состав лаконичный, ничего лишнего, но достаточный для эффективной работы актива. pH 5.5-6.5

Формула предназначена регулировать баланс кожи и уменьшать поры. Но на деле сыворотка способна на большее.

Сыворотка скользкая и какая-то «сопливая». Такой эффект ещё дают сыворотки со слизью улиток. Думаю, на фото заметно, как со временем пипетка обрастает сгустками, которые приходится подчищать салфеткой. То же происходит и с горлышком бутылки.

Производитель рекомендует наносить сыворотку на кожу 2 раза в день — утром и вечером, закрывая более плотным кремом

Я наносила вечером через день (ночь) в дни, когда не использовала ретинол. Можно было и с ретинолом сочетать, но его я закрывала увлажняющим кремом CeraVe, в составе которого тоже есть ниацинамид, да и в самом ретиноле SkinMedica тоже есть этот компонент.

Для нанесения на всё лицо нужна всего капля. Пипетка выдает треть своей вместимости. Хорошо, будем считать, что это просто такая большая капля 🙂

Я капала из пипетки на ладонь, немного распределяла и наносила на кожу впечатывающими движениями.

Капать из пипетки сразу на лицо мне не понравилось, как раз из-за склизкой консистенции. При распределении сыворотка выдавала белый налёт, который размазывался по лицу, но в конечном итоге впитывался без следа. Я думала на цинк в составе, но скорее это такие гелеобразователи, т.к. в других продуктах марки увидела такой же эффект.

В процессе чувствуется склизкость и липкость, но сыворотка быстро впитывается, оставляя сухую матовую кожу, а если провести пальцем, то чувствуется залипание, словно кожа покрыта плёнкой.

А дальше — сюрприз! — сыворотка не дружит ни с каким другим уходовым средством. Ни на сухую, ни на влажную после тоника кожу — как ни наноси, весь последующий уход будет скатываться, сколько ни жди после. Поэтому использование возможно только вечером, ночью я сплю и мне все равно что на коже, благо ничего к подушке не липнет, а вот днем санскрин и тональный точно скатаются.

После многочисленных экспериментов я выделила два способа усмирить продукт: смешивать сыворотку с другими продуктами The Ordinary, собственно концепция марки на это и намекает, или закрывать маслом, которое создаст защитный барьер и не даст сыворотке скатываться. В первом случае я смешивала с гиалуронкой The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (о ней расскажу в отдельном посте), во втором — закрывала маслом шиповника The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil — о нем будет ниже.

Результаты я увидела буквально в первые дни. Кожа стала заметно светлее (и, к сожалению, серо-зеленого трупного цвета, словно я миллион лет жила в пещере и не видела солнца), цвет лица — ровный, кожа — матовая. По ощущениям сама сыворотка подсушивает кожу, так что нужно что-то в пару увлажняющее. Никаких признаков аллергии или чувствительности, полный дзен. Поры, к сожалению, уже не стали, но опять же — это моя проблема. Прыщи сыворотка не лечит, но постепенно убирает пятна постакне и визуально кожа становится чище.

И кстати, ниацинамид не дружит с витамином С (в форме L-Ascorbic Acid), который я определила на дневное время, так что в любом случае место ему — ночь.

В общей уходовой системе ниацинамид повел себя очень хорошо. Он помогал с балансом и осветлением кожи, нейтрализовал раздражения и чувствительность. Как только из схемы выбыл ретинол, я заметила, что сыворотка начала забивать поры: утром просыпалась с чёрными точками, пришлось чаще наносить очищающие маски. А когда закончилась сыворотка с витамином С, я стала похожа на живого мертвеца цветом кожи и действие сыворотки стало слабым. Считается, что результат от применения ниацинамида становится заметен только после длительного применения, у меня случилось наоборот: видимые изменения буквально сразу, но со временем дальнейших улучшений не последовало, значит, есть где-то предел, что может ниацинамид на моей коже, или что может моя кожа с ниацинамидом 🙂 Или яркий эффект был благодаря ретинолу, а после отмены проявилось реальное положение дел.

Думаю, в первую очередь эффект сыворотки оценят обладательницы жирной и комбинированной кожи. Для сухой и чувствительной будет не хватать увлажнения, подбирайте в пару что-то еще. Как поведет себя данная сыворотка именно на вашей коже предсказать трудно, но попробовать стоит, благо цена вопроса невысока. Я бы рекомендовала просто добавить в свой уходовый режим вспомогательным компонентом, который улучшит действие остальных продуктов.

Любители марки, пожалуйста, не злитесь на меня. Я понимаю, что за такую цену ожидать от продукта многого не стоит, тем более, что формула вполне рабочая. Но несмотря на все положительные изменения с моей кожей, я не спешу повторять эту сыворотку: мне нравится ее действие, но раздражает сопливая консистенция и скатывание. Я бы с удовольствием приплатила немного денег за другой продукт с похожим результатом, но более приятным составом. В любом случае, по сравнению с увлажняющим лосьоном CeraVe ниацинамид The Ordinary сильнее по действию, но текстуры… текстуры…  😑
