Sneak Preview: Planet Binance Missions Game
May 5 · 4 min read
The Federation is excited to announce the emergence of Planet Binance and the Planet Binance Missions game within Alien Worlds. Now, Explorers will be able to lease their own Spaceships to go on Missions throughout the Metaverse.
Explorers can find a preview of the Planet Binance Missions below, including:
- How the Planet Binance Missions will work
- Planet Binance Tokenomics
- How Planet Binance Missions connect with future functionality
Planet Binance Missions
Key Details
Planet Binance Missions is a game where Explorers can lease Spaceships to go on Missions.
Each Mission will have a shared Tril i um (TLM) rewards pot. Explorers will have the opportunity to stake Trilium in order to lease a Spaceship to go on a Mission. Since the Missions are stored on the blockchain, Explorers will be able to see other Explorers’ Mission activity. Each month, there will be eight different Planet Binance Mission NFT game cards released on the Binance Smart Chain, related to the start date of eight different Missions.
Each Mission has a Mission Centre dashboard with statistics for future use. Statistics will represent your Spaceship Power and Crafting Power. Spaceship Power and Crafting Power are two NFT stats that give you greater performance, or the ability to combine NFTs to create stronger items.
Top Left = Part Type, Bottom Left = Base Power, Bottom Right = Boost Power
Tokenomics
There are 4 different lengths of Missions — 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 13 weeks. At the end of each Mission, each Spaceship receives an exclusive NFT game card related to when that Mission was started. NFT game cards will be issued and stored on the Binance Smart Chain. There is a maximum of five of each NFT game card per Explorer. The longer the Mission, the more powerful the NFT game card; some NFT game cards will be more challenging to get than others.
Note: Collecting a full set of NFT game cards will have special advantages in the future.
Future Functionality
In Phase 2 of the Missions, you will be able to stake BNB tokens and Planet Binance Mission NFT game cards alongside your Trilium to boost your share of the rewards. But, that is not all! During Phase 3, Planet Binance will be fully integrated into the daily Planetary Trilium allocations and then the competitive dynamics with other planets will really begin.
Additional surprises will be introduced periodically, without much notice, so you may want to have Trilium in your account ready to take advantage of any new developments and to launch your Spaceship at a moment’s notice.
Stay tuned for more information from the Federation as to the launch date, staking rates and how you can launch your Spaceships on Planet Binance Missions.

New Planet Discovered in Alien Worlds!
Apr 6 · 3 min read
The Alien Worlds Metaverse is constantly expanding. From the creation of Trilium and the first ever t ransaction in April 2020, to the sell out NFT pack sales of Q4 2020, to the opening of the game economy on 22 December 2020, to reaching the 50,000 player milestone on 18 March 2021, to the welcoming of private TLM buyers who are supporting the metaverse, to the Good Vibes Mining community events which began in February 2021, to the opening of Planet DAO Councilor registrations, the Metaverse has been full of discovery and intrigue for Explorers during the first 4 months of exploration.
New Planet Discovered: Planet Binance
Recently Trilium was put onto the Binance Smart Chain, and today we’re delighted to announce that a brand new Planet has been discovered within the metaverse.
What Does the New Planet Binance Mean for the Metaverse?
Although nobody knows for certain, we hope for great things on Planet Binance! Initially the structural changes include:
- A slight increase in Daily Trilium Allocation to account for another Planet (increase by 1 to NOP), according to the details that can be found in the Technical Blueprint
- The creation of a new Planet Binance account on WAX, which is a “gas planet” (landless) and whose function will be to accrue Trilium
- Accrual of Trilium into Planet Binance, which will fund a “missions game” where holders of TLM on BSC can send spacecraft on missions of defined durations, and receive NFT and TLM rewards
Binance Launchpool
Additionally, we’re thrilled that Trilium is open for farming on Binance Launchpool, with all the details available from the Binance Launchpool site.
Teleport
The Teleport functionality enables the movement of Trilium between the Ethereum, WAX and BSC chains. Teleport will be re-opened in time for trading of TLM on Binance.com, with more details to follow.
Contract Addresses
The contract addresses for TLM on BSC and ETH are being revised and we advise people not to trade tokens on BSC or ETH at this stage.
Note: Please make sure you are always interacting with the correct token contracts.

Alien Worlds (TLM)
Alien Worlds is an NFT DeFi metaverse that simulates economic competition and collaboration between players. This is achieved by incentivizing players to compete for Trilium (TLM), which is required to control competing Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (“Planet DAOs”) and to gain access to additional gameplay.
In the Alien Worlds metaverse, players can acquire NFTs (digital game items) to mine TLM, engage in battles, and complete in-game quests. Depending on their strategy, players may purchase and assemble NFTs that best suit their gameplay. Additionally, players may engage in governance by electing the Councillors of six Planet DAOs, and thereby influence the direction of the game.
Trilium (TLM) is the native utility token of the Alien Worlds metaverse and has the following use cases:
- Planet Governance: TLM holders may stake TLM to participate in the governance of planets and other potential rewards.
- Staking: Players may stake TLM on a selected planet to participate in TLM and NFT mining.
- In-Game Currency: TLM tokens are the currency in Alien Worlds, where players require TLM to purchase and upgrade items, participate in quests and battles, and other in-game related activities.
- Gameplay Incentives: Active users may earn TLM as participation rewards to develop the in-game ecosystem and activity.
- Purchase NFTs: Players may purchase in-game items which are minted as NFTs, to mine TLM, engage in battles, and complete in-game quests.
The project has raised 2.5MM USD from two rounds of private token sales:
- Seed sale round:7.06% of the maximum token supply was sold at 0.0021 USD / TLM.
- Presale round:3.43% of the maximum token supply was sold at 0.0030 USD / TLM.
On April 13th 2021 (when listed on Binance), the total supply of TLM will be 5,135,726,585 and the current circulating supply will be 1,240,473,079 TLM.

1. What is Alien Worlds (TLM)?
Alien Worlds is a simulated economy where players compete for the scarce resource, Trilium (TLM), which they use to enhance their power in the game by staking and voting in Planet Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (Planet DAOs). Both planets and players compete for TLM, leading to intense competition and collaboration between groups.
Current functionality within the Alien Worlds metaverse include:
- Mining: Using suitable NFTs, players can mine TLM from different planets.
- Staking: Players stake TLM to earn staking rewards in TLM and NFTs and stake Trilium to Planets to increase the Planet’s reward pool.
- Planet DAO governance:Participate in weekly elections for council candidates.
- Trade NFTs: Players may trade NFTs on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and WAX, to be used for mining and in-game missions.
- Cross-chain bridge:Porting TLM between BSC, WAX, and Ethereum.

4 Existing functionalities
4.1 Mining and Staking
Source: Alien Worlds
Players may use their Tool NFTs to mine TLM, and rent or own their Land. Successful mining attempts may reward plays with TLM, and sometimes additional NFTs. Depending on the Land or Tool NFT, players may be able to mine more TLM and NFTs, while others have shorter intervals between each mining cycle. Users may use the combination of Tools and Land that best suits their strategy and gameplay.
4.2 Planet DAO voting
Source: Alien Worlds
Players may stake TLM to Planet DAOs, which indicates their support for a planet to receive more daily TLM emissions. Through staking, players also gain voting rights on the Planet DAO based on the proportion of TLM staked. Players may run to be a candidate for Councillor of one or more Planets. Following the elections at Planet DAO, the DAOs will be opened to governance by the elected Councillors, who will then share multi-sig control over the Planet DAO accounts.
5. Technical Infrastructure
Alien Worlds runs on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Ethereum, and WAX, and has deployed the Trilium token contract on all 3 blockchains. BSC supports the ‘mission’ staking functionality, allowing missions to be offered to BEP-20 TLM token holders, whereas WAX supports a fee-less transactional layer for the majority of the core gaming logic (such as Federation and Planets).
Alien Worlds NFTs are supported on BSC and WAX, with the NFT image data stored on the peer-to-peer InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). This ensures that the image data remains decentralized, while allowing external applications to connect with on-chain functions and data to facilitate the activities below:
- User generated contests based on Alien Worlds mining.
- User defined NFT drops for specific groups of Land NFT holders.
- External game servers, such as Minecraft servers, connecting to Alien Worlds gameplay and rewards.

6. Alien Worlds’ community overview
The Alien Worlds community is currently active in 18 language channels in its Discord server. The Alien Worlds team focuses its community development strategy on the following regions: English-speaking countries, China, Russia, Japan, and Turkey.
Additionally, Filipino, Indonesian, and Indian communities are also supported. Localization of the game and the onboarding of regionally significant IP is an area of focus.
Current community growth strategies of Alien Worlds include:
- License agreements to onboard well-known IP as NFTs with functionality and storylines within the game.
